Centrifugal Feeder Manufacturer in China
The BBF centrifugal feeder is a super-efficient automatic feeder. It uses centrifugal force from high-speed spinning to move parts around the bowl. You can adjust the speed, and it can feed up to 300 parts a minute.
We provide custom service and can make BBF centrifugal feeders up to 1,500mm, depending on part size and what you need. You can also choose the material of centrifugal feeders—stainless steel, aluminum, or plastic (POM).
If you are interested in the centrifugal feeder, please feel free to contact us for further details.

Core Components of A Centrifugal Feeder
Top Bowl: It keeps parts moving on track and guides them out in the right direction.
Stepper Motor: Drives the top bowl to rotate, generating centrifugal force to feed parts.
Sensor: It watches parts in real time, like if there’s not enough or they get stuck.
Control System: After receiving data from the sensor, the PLC sends commands to components such as the stepper motor and controller to ensure stable operation of the centrifugal feeder.

Is Your Part Suitable for Centrifugal Feeders?
Centrifugal feeders work well for small, regular parts such as screws, nuts, washers, bottle caps, resistors, capacitors, and tablets. If parts are too big or heavy(over 500g), using a centrifugal feeder might cause them to get stuck.
If you are unsure whether your parts are suitable for feeding with a centrifugal feeder, please contact us and provide the size, weight, and material of your parts. Our R&D team will assess them for you.
Benefits of Choosing Centrifugal Feeders
The centrifugal feeder uses centrifugal force to move parts. It does not damage the parts and can quickly handle a lot of parts, feeding 20-300 pieces a minute.
The centrifugal feeder operates with low noise, not exceeding 75dB for small parts. If you need a quieter workshop environment, consider installing a soundproof cover around the centrifugal feeder.
The centrifugal feeder is easy to use. It rarely breaks down and is simple to maintain. It is an economical automatic feeding machine.

No, excessively high rotational speed can cause parts to splatter. Please ensure that the centrifugal feeder operates at a safe speed.
Before using centrifugal feeder, ensure that all dust residues and other substances are removed from the bowl surface and the track.
Check the screws regularly to make sure they are tight. And add grease to the bearings.
Do not overload the centrifugal feeder and do not set the operating speed beyond the safe range.
Our centrifugal feeders have CE certification. Before shipping, we test them a few times, each for 2 to 8 hours, to make sure they work great.
